Job Summary:  The Coach has the responsibility to conduct new hire and ongoing training.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Train New Hires on the PCMS cleaning techniques and how to clean up to the PCMS standard
  2. Manage the training of the New Hires
  3. Conduct Weekly Team Meetings/Trainings with the New Horizon Coaches
  4. Implement the Training curriculum for PCMS
  5. Implement the Safety curriculum for PCMS
  6. Maintain and keep up to date the PCMS Training and Safety Manuals
  7. Maintain and keep up to date the PCMS Hazard Communication Standard
  8. Ensure that we are in compliance with OSHA standards at all times
  9. Ensure all New Hires complete the PCMS Training Program and receive their Training Certificate
  10. Ensure that all proper documentation from team meetings/trainings are completed and received
  11. Make scheduled and unscheduled visits to facilities to evaluate the New Horizon Coaches
  12. Document and report all unsafe practices.
  13. Document and report all unsafe work conditions.
  14. Document and report all unsafe practices as it relates to near misses.
  15. Document and report all employees' wrong doings.

Mandatory Requirements:

  1. Must have own transportation
  2. Ability to travel
  3. Excellent communication skills
  4. General computer knowledge or a willingness to learn
  5. Ability to stand for a length of time
  6. Ability to bend, squat, push, pull and lift
  7. Housekeeping experience
  8. Supervisory experience
  9. Learn and know all PCMS cleaning techniques, products, and principles.
  10. Must have flexible availability.
